| 3. How do I register for a myQuamnet member account? |
|
|
To register for a myQuamnet account, click "Register" on the top right corner of the website. Please fill in all the information on the page and click "Submit".

| 4. What are the features and benefits of myQuamnet member? |
|
To register as myQuamnet member, you can use the personal tools
such as My Portfolio, Watch List and Forum. Also, myQuamnet member will receive regular newsletters.
Also you will need to register as a myQuamnet member to subscribe to our services.

| 5. How do I change my password? |
|
| Click "My Account" on the top right corner after login,
then click "Password Maintenance", enter the old password, enter and reconfirm the new password. Press Update. |

| 6. I forgot my Login Name and Password. What should I do? |
|
If you forgot your Login Name, please contact our customer support hotline at +852 3741 1790.
If you forgot your Password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the top-right corner of the website.
You will be asked to input your Login Name and to enter the Security Question and Answer that you have previously set.
The new password will be generated and sent to your registered email address.

| On the top navigation menu, you can find the "Subscriptions" tab. Click on this tab to go to the Subscriptions Index Page. Also you can click here to visit this page. |

|
Quamnet's subscription products are divided into 4 categories:

In addition, we provide several packages available
for subscribers who are interested in a number of subscription products across different categories.
This section will give a brief description for each Product Family and the subscription products available.

|
The Analysis category, which is suitable for those with a mid- to long-term investment strategy,
includes both the Quam Research Product Family and the Tony Measor Product Family.

| 10. How do I subscribe your service? |
|
a) Online Registration
Complete the online application form with necessary information and credit card details (VISA and Mastercard only). Subscription approval is done instantly online.

b) Offline Application
You could also apply through our offline application form (hyperlink/new pricing pdf form to be provided) and settle the payment by:

| 11. What do I need to do if I want to terminate your service? |
|
You may terminate your subscription by sending in an email to
support@hk.quamnet.com at least ONE month prior
to your subscription expiry date, stating your Login Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Service and the service
that you would like to terminate. We would confirm the termination by return email. If you do not receive our
confirmation email, please call our customer service hotline at (852) 3741 1790.

| 12. What can I do if I wish to change my personal information such as credit card details, email address etc.? |
|
Your personal details can be updated in the Profile Maintenance area.
Simply login to myQuamnet. On the top right corner, click myAccount and then press Profile Maintenance.
To update your credit card details in our subscription service,
please contact Quamnet customer service on +852 3741 1790. Our customer service staff will update the details for you.
